    The Colombian hotshot moved to Old Trafford on a season-long loan from Monaco last summer, but has hit only four goals and remains a permanent fixture on
    bench.

    Falcao looks likely to leave the club in the summer, with a host of teams around Europe keen to do a deal in the hope he rediscovers his goalscoring form.

    Despite his difficulties,
    - pictured taking part in The Game for the Peace in Colombia - has sympathy with the £285,000-a-week striker.

    "Van Gaal is closer to the devil than anything.

    "Falcao's time was cut short after the injury and he has had to adapt to the move."

    Falcao, who was the poster boy of Colombian football before being ruled out of the World Cup, spent the summer suffering from knee ligament damage before his move to United.

    He is likely to remain on the bench for tomorrow's
